Remedial Services

Our remedial services include hardware break-fix, remote telephone support, and a pro-active programme of software upgrade notification and deployment.

With more than 98% of high priority calls reacted to immediately by our engineers, and 95% of lower priority calls resolved the same day, our customers rate our responsiveness experience and skills as the most important aspects of our service delivery.

Utilising our world wide network of distribution and service partners, we provide a full set of remedial services for all of our clients from a single product in the UK to world-wide project covering multiple solutions and vendors products.

Preventative Services
Our preventative services are not only designed to help reduce the need for remedial services, but also to ensure that our customers maximise the return on their investment.
Services include:

  • Performance Checks. Ensuring that your solutions continue to deliver the performance required, reacting to changes in your network and its usage.
  • Training / Mentoring Programmes. We work with your teams to provide a combination of knowledge transfer and focussed training programmes.
  • Preventative Maintenance Checks. Regular, scheduled checks to ensure products are working within tolerances, helping to spot potential issues before they arise.
