Our range of service contracts

We offer clients a choice of three technical support and upgrade contracts. All three include upgrades to the latest versions for the duration of the contract (normally 12 months), plus access to our technical support department via phone, fax and email.

 
Platinum Support
Platinum – 24 hours – 365 days
For complete peace of mind for all your mission-critical installations, we offer our top-level technical support contract, which includes a dedicated out-of-hours technical support telephone helpline every day of the year.
 
Gold Support
Gold – 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday
(excluding bank holidays)
For comprehensive weekday technical support, we offer our Gold package.
 
Silver Support
Silver – 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
(excluding bank holidays)
Our standard contract offers support throughout the week, within regular working hours.
