Our dedicated team of specialists are available 24x7 and provide level 1 and 2 support for all of our solutions nationally and internationally to some of the world's largest and complex networks.

We offer a comprehensive range of consultancy services including project planning and management, statement of works, feasibility studies and proof of concept and delivering fully comprehensive company IT security policies.


Training

Training

We provide chalk and talk, hands-on knowledge transfer or more formal classroom based training on all of our solutions. Most of our training is conducted on customers' sites but we also run courses at our offices in Surrey or at vendor partner locations throughout the UK.

The Assured Deployment service is designed to reduce the risk and ensure a smoother, more rapid transition to and adoption of your deployed solution.

Typical implementations involve the integration with existing systems, and deployment to a number of user types spread over a number of geographical and departmental boundaries. The approach is staged and phased. We will be pleased to provide you with more detail upon request.

Our technical services have been developed and tweaked over many years and we are recognised and fully accredited by all of our vendor partners as 'a safe pair of hands.' On the rare occasion that it becomes necessary to engage with the vendor due to bug fixes and coding issues outside of our control, we have an elevated escalation procedure in place to get you answers as soon as possible. It is our close association and partnership with these vendors that gives us the priority service that our customers depend upon and which our new clients will quickly learn to expect.
